Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2 1/2 cup shredded coconuts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160 C. Beat the egg whites until fluffy snow. Add honey, vanilla and salt. Mix well with a spoon. Add coconut flakes.
- Using a teaspoon, spoon of the mixture on a baking sheet greased with butter.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until edges of cookies become golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool and serve.
