Hot summers prompt us to eat wisely. We choose lighter foods that give us the necessary micro and macronutrients, to facilitate digestion, but also to give us freshness, and charming taste.
We want to cook less and avoid long use of the oven, because this raises the temperature in the kitchen:) Today’s menu combines traditional Bulgarian taste with modern and fresh salad, which mixes the thrilling rhubarb with the sweet strawberries.
Yoghurt and poached eggs served cold in the Lunchbox fully meet the requirement for good food at a good time in the middle of a hot day.
Prepare the eggs for dinner, store a portion in the refrigerator, and in the morning only transfer to the food box. Be sure to use the cooler to keep the freshness of both the salad and the main course.
