Good lunch includes all food groups. In this menu we combined them, we balanced and achieved excellent taste. Whole grain flour for fiber, shrimp for proteins, milk sauce, salad – rich in vitamin A and K, citrus fruit for vitamin C and a dessert cookie with a little sugar for a delight.
