The month of May is the season of lamb meat in all shapes and variations.
On the market you will find great lamb meat, as well as an abundance of fresh onions. Let us collect these two seasonal products for the festive table or Sunday lunch.
In the recipe we used a front lamb leg, we cut the shank to fit the two parts into the clay pot.

If you do not have a clay pot, use a large and deep baking dish, covering it tightly with 2 sheets of baking paper.
The recipe is easy and with only a few products: lamb front leg, one onion, 4 onions, about 20 stalks, 2 stalks of fresh garlic onion, 70 g. Butter, 2 tbs. Paste of peppers or tomatoes, oil, fresh potatoes, salt and pepper.
You will prepare the dish for 10 minutes and bake in the oven for 3 hours.
Nothing short of amazing!
