Apple mini pies for lunchbox

Instructions

1. In a casserole heat the apples with a 1/3 cup of water.
2. In a bowl mix the sugar, cinnamon, jamaica pepper, nutmeg and the butter. Put the ingredients into the apple mixture once and a time. Stir and continue to cook for another 3-5 min. Set aside.
3. Cut the pastry dough into 2 pieces. The one should be 2 times bigger than the other. Roll out the bigger part. Use a cutter to form the bases for the muffin form. Slightly butter 12 muffin forms and put each cut circle in their base. Roll out the smaller dough and with a smaller circle cut for the top of each pie.
4. Put a table spoon of apple mixture into each muffin and cover with the dough. with a fork gently stick the edges and make several riddles on the tops to all hot air exit smoothly.
5. Gild the tarts with the mixed egg yolk an milk. Spread over some sugar. Put the tarts into the preheated oven to 180 C and cook for 20 min.
6. You can serve them with a one table spoon fresh cream or ice-cream.
