Apple, strawberry and blueberry crumbles

Instructions

1. Mix together strawberries, apples, blueberries and sugar a bowl. Divide the mixture between 6 ovenproof dishes and spoon over each dish a spoon of water.
2. Make the crumble - in a large bowl rub together the flour with butter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs (or use food processor to do this). Stir in the sugar and almonds.
3. Sprinkle the topping over fruit mixtures, dividing between the dishes. Bake in a preheated to 190 C oven for 40 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
4. Serve hot or cold with custard or vanilla ice-cream if you like.
