    I used this recipe as an inspiration yesterday. I made mixed zucchini and beet fritters, and they were very good. I noticed there is no flour in your zucchini fritters ingredient list, but it will need flour right? I tested it out today and they would not hold up without it.

      Hi and thank you for you interest. If zucchini are drained well, you do not need flour. Great for gluten-free variation, but if you think the batter looks too soggy, feel free to add 2 tbsp flour. Bon app!
