The warm and golden, crunchy pancake in the oven is prepared in the busy mornings and in the hot days when we have only 15 minutes to make breakfast and do not want to stay next to the pan to turn 10 pancakes. This classic recipe is our favorite for a busy weeks and summer lazy breakfasts.
There are more eggs and a little flour and fat in the recipe because we want it to be less in carbs and rich in protein.

We have made it with ricotta cream and steamed strawberries in 1 tbsp sugar. You can garnish it with products of your own taste.
