These little biscuits are rich and crispy. Like most of the cakes and pastries from Brittany region, they are made with slightly salted butter.
If you like, you can make a large Brittany Butter Cake by patting the dough with well floured hands into 23 cm loose-based cake tin. Brush with egg glaze and score the pattern on top. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until firm and golden brown.
