Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashew
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Place nuts and sugar in a blender. Blend as to reach a flour consistency.
- Add all the ingredients and mix until all the ingredients are smooth and well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon heaping teaspoon of dough and set over the sheet. Keep a couple of cm of space between each ball.
- Use a fork to lightly press dough into flatter discs.
- Bake for 8-10 min. Cool on a rack for 10 min before serving.
