Carrot Ginger Salad – you will love it!

- Red Bell pepper –Remove the seeds and stem, then chop it into smaller pieces.
- Cilantro– If you don’t like cilantro, use parsley!
- Scallions – Slice them into little slivers!
- Chopped cashews –You will love the salty crunch!
Store
