Ingredients
- 450 g pork meat cut into pieces of 2 см
- 1 large onion, finel chopped
- 200 g roasted red peppers, chopped into pieces
- 300 g frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried savory
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 50 g shredded cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley to garnish

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 C. In a skillet, cook the onion and the meat until golden - brown. Transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle the red pepper and the spinach.
- In a bowl combine flour, Parmesan cheese, savory and salt. Combine eggs and milk. Add them to the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour over the spinach.
- Bake for 20 -25 min. Sprinkle the shredded cheese= Bake for 2 min= or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 min, before cutting. Garnish with parsley and serve.
