Cheesecake with berries

Instructions

1. Put the ingredients for the dough in the blender. Mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
2. Prepare a spring form. Spread the dough on the sides of the form. The height on the sides should be about 4 cm. Press the dough well against the sides of the form.
3. Coulis: Put the fruit in the saucepan on the stove, add the sugar and lemon juice. Leave on moderate heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain through a strainer. Transfer the fruit pulp to a bowl. Leave to cool.
4. Prepare the filling for the marshmallows: Mix all the products with a mixer.
5. Spread the fruit pulp on the bottom of the marshmallows.
6. Assemble the cheesecake: Spread the fruit pulp over the bottom of the prepared pan. Pour the filling on top.
7. Put the tray in an oven heated to 180°C (no fan) for 60 minutes. Remove the cheesecake from the oven. Take it out of the mold after it has completely cooled.
8. Pouring the fruit coulis over it. Top with fresh blueberries and spring edible flowers for a mood twist.
