Кale chips with sesame

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Standard baking.
2. Cut out the centre stalks of kales and cut leaves into 5cm pieces. Rinse the kale under cold running water and dry the leaves very well.
3. Place the kale on a baking tray covered with baking paper and drizzle over the sesame and grape-seeds oils, scatter over the sesame seeds and season with sea salt and black pepper.
4. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until crisp at the edges.
