Ingredients
- 200 g plain flour
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g softened butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- For the chocolate mixture:
- 100 g good quality plain cooking chocolate
- 20 g butter

Instructions
- Put the flour, baking powder, sugar, soft butter and eggs in the bowl of food processor, fitted with the metal kneading hook. Use the knead button on the cake function.
- Mix the mixture for 3 min.
- Put the chocolate and 4 table spoons of water in a small bowl over a water boiling casserole. Add 20 g butter and melt. Mix until smooth with a fork.
- Take a third of the mixture and mix it with the chocolate. Pour a third of the white mixture into a buttered and floured cake tin 13 x 30 cm. Then the chocolate third on top of it and finally the reminder of the white mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Place in the oven at 180 C for about 1 hour, second level from the bottom of the oven.
