Ingredients
- 300 g cow cheese, desalted
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 50 g pistachios, raw
- 50 g of raw hazelnuts

Instructions
- Smash the cheese well with a fork. Wash and dry the grapes.
- Put the nuts in the blender. With a few turns of the knife, make large crumbs. Put them in a bowl.
- Take a little cheese in your palm and wrap around a grape. Roll over your palms until you get a nice ball. Immerse in honey and roll into a bowl of nuts. Repeat until you finish the products.
- Arrange the balls in a dishes, cover with foil and store in a refrigerator until time for serving comes.
- Before serving, cut the balls into 2 pieces to show the beauty of the entree inside.
