Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 small zucchini
- 3 scallions or 1 head old
- 1 pepper cut into small pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp full grain flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- For the cobbler:
- 1 cup full grain flour
- 3 tbsp cold butter
- 1/4 cup cheese
- 3 tbsp fresh basil
- 2/3 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 C.
- In a pan saute in butter onion, garlic and pepper. Add the zucchini, cut into cubes of 5 cm. Cook about 12-15 minutes until the zucchini are tender.
- In a bowl mix the flour, milk, salt, pepper. Pour into the pan with the zucchini. After boiling cook for 3 min more and pour it into the baking pan with 30 cm diameter. Sprinkle the parsley.
- In a bowl mix the flour, salt and baking powder. Cut butter into small pieces and knead until it's crumbs. Add planing cheese and basil. Then pour the milk. Stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Spoon mixture of put on courgettes . You can cover evenly or to arrange beautiful balls with a spoon .
- Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Store in refrigerator. The dish is delicious both hot and cold, which makes it suitable for food boxes .
