Dulche Leche buns

The brioche recipe dough makes a great base for buns. They are filled with cream of condensed milk and almonds. You can substitute the filling with caramel spread Dulce de leche.

The beauty of this delicious buns is that they are ridiculously easy to make. After mixing the dough ingredients to the texture with thickness between muffin dough and bread dough, put the dough in the fridge overnight. The next day just roll the dough, fill with the filling, roll into a sausage shape, cut, arrange in the tin, rest to double in size and bake.

Voila, simple but delicious.
