- 1 ¾ flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- Vanilla esssence
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ½ cup butter, room temperature
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160 °C.
- Mix sugar and butter until fluffy. Add vanilla essence.
- Add flour, salt, baking powder and soda. Mix well and finally add the chocolate chips.
- Layer a tray with baking paper. Spoon form the dough and arrange over the tray. Keep 5 cm distance. Bake 20 minutes until edges golden.
- For crisper biscuits bake 5 minutes more.
