- 125 g butter; at room temperature
- 1/3 cup (90 g) sugar
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup (160 g) flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ cups cornflakes, roughly crushed

- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
