It is best to be served with homemade chutney. They are a wonderful side dish and excellent choice if you have decided to reduce salt and fat in food.
In the recipe there are two points, which are important .Wedges Potatoes are quite easy to prepare and are a favorite food not only for children.
First the potatoes are cut into crescents with a relatively uniform thickness and second – tray off with a good distance as to bake rather than boil.
