Eclairs are a favorite dessert of all. In this recipe we prepared in a lighter version, and instead used white flour, buckwheat flour. If you do not find buckwheat flour, you can be brave in domestic mill grains of buckwheat or simply replace it with another type of wholemeal flour.
Eclairs become crispy and delicious. Prepare quickly and easily. I advise you to store them, because as you turn, will be eaten.
