In the recipe below you will find 2 methods:

  1. For making Breakfast Muesli which we usually mix with fruits and yogurt – the best breakfast for busy mornings for a great start of the day for both you and your kids.
  2. Muesli bars – for the Lunchbox snack

The beauty of this recipe is that you can vary. The limit is in your imagination. Experiment and share with us.

Our most loved combinations and flavors are:

Fruit and Nut: Butter, Honey, Almonds + Pumpkin Seeds, mixed dried chopped fruit (store bought mix), cinnamon powder and vanilla essence.
Apple: As above but use only almonds and dried apples.
Raisin: Butter, honey, raisins, vanilla and cinnamon, pinch of All Spice.
Blueberry: Apple Pie recipe but use dried blueberries instead and skip the cinnamon powder and add a dash of lemon essence.
Super Berries: Try using dried Goji berries!
Orange: Almonds and orange blossom
Pecan: Use Pecans, vanilla, butter, honey

Look at the Infografik here for simplicity. Print it and shar with your kids our Muesli Guide. Let them imagine their own muesli with the special name they will give to.

They will be proud to share the bars with their friends at school. So fill the Lunchbox, L container and share:)
