Bacon will keep the meatballs juicy and they will still be delicious even cold in your Lunchbox. The brewing technique is by baking an oven by arranging the meatballs on a metal grid to allow excess fat to drain into the pan.

Ingredients
- 400 g mince pork and beef (50% each)
- 1 onion onion
- Bunch of fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon savory
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 strips of bacon
- 8 slices cheddar cheese, 5x1 cm size

Instructions
- Mix the egg, parsley and onion until you get a homogeneous mixture in your chopper. Pour the mixture on the minced meat, add the breadcrumbs and spices and stir well until all the spices are mixed.
- Divide into 4 equal parts. In each place 2 strips of yellow cheese and make mincemeat around them as a large meatballs. Wrap around each 2 bacon strips.
- Place baking paper or foil on the tray. Put a metal grill on top and arrange the meatballs on top of it.
- Heat the oven to 190 C. Place the pan in it and bake for about 45 minutes.
