Leek and halloumi bites

Salted leeks and cheese bites are very suitable for eating on the go. Incredibly fragile and fragrant! The dough is halloumi and you do not need to add salt. Your Lunchbox will love them!

How to make?

Roll out the dough on a floured kitchen counter (30×40 cm) Cut the crust into 2 pieces lengthwise. Spread the filling on the long side of each crust and roll it up so that you cover the filling with dough. You have 2 cylinders. Cut into chunks the size of 2 cm or whatever you like.

Important: Do not knead the dough for long.  It is enough only to collect the products in a smooth ball.
