Leftover Bolognese sauce bread lunch

Instructions

1. Cut the bread in 2 balls. Roll out the bread dough. Once the dough is rolled out into flat dough, cut with knife 5-6 strips on either side of the dough.
2. Take 3 tbsp Bolognese sauce and place in the middle of the dough. repeat with the second dough.
3. Slice the cheese and put over the Bolognese. Then "braid" the dough strips over one another covering the entire bread. Glaze with egg yolk for a nice shiny crust. Sprinkle savory over.
4. Bake for 20-25 min in a pre-heated oven at 180 C. Cut in halves and serve.
