Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked leftover pasta
- 1 egg
- 1 slice wholemeal bread (crushed into breadcrumbs)
- 30 g cheese
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp parsley
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp lefover pasta sause

Instructions
- Roughly chop the pasta with scissors. Add the egg, leftover pasta sauce, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix and divide into buttered muffin tray.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake into preheated to 180 C oven for 20 min.
- Serve as appetizer or set them into the lunchbox for the next day!
