Tart or mini-tarts – and why not both.
Easy to prepare with everyday products: flour, cheese, eggs and fresh milk and yellow cheese.
The recipe inspired by practicality. Make a tart for dinner and assemble mini-tarts for the Lunchbox.
Ideal for canapés with white cold wine on the summer evenings of a sweet fairy tale with friends.
Start by kneading the dough: in the robot, blend the butter, flour, and salt – knead and gradually pour the water into a thin stream. Let the robot work until a ball form. Use 2/3 of the dough for the tart and 1/3 for the mini tarts. Wrap in foil and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients.
Tip: For the tart, apply the pre-baking method. For mini-tarts, you can skip this step. Roll out, form nests in the muffin tray, fill with filling and bake.
Use quiche tray with 23 cm diameter: 23 cm and a muffin tray with 6 nests or one 30 cm tart tray if you use all the products to make 1 tart.
