We often prepare homemade baked products and pastries because we want to control the products used and avoid palm oil, flavorings, and artificial fillers. Better homemade dessert than anything the shops and restaurants can offer.

If we prepare 12 muffins with one taste, the first six will disappear quickly. The rest – well – they get bored and disappear more slowly from the table. There are always a few lonely and shy ones that do not enjoy much interest ☹.

It is not very nice and good to throw them away… neither for the environment nor because of the guilt that always pops up when we throw away food, knowing how many people starve to death every day.

There are already many opportunities and baking tray forms on the market that allow us to achieve taste diversity with one effort.

These cupcakes you can eat:

  1. As they are when they are just popping from the oven;
  2. Fill them with different jams (berries, strawberries, figs)
  3. Fill them with various creams – pastry cream, milk cream, or Mascarpone cream.
  4. Give life to others at the end of the week by filling them with melted hot chocolate – black or white.😊
