These mini buns are our favorite breakfast for busy week days because:

- They are quick to cook and delicious, even cold.
- You can make the dough on Sunday, wrap it in foil and store it in the refrigerator until you decide to use it. Roll it out as soon as you remove it from the refrigerator and bake for 17 minutes. Fast and comfortable snack for the afternoon.
- They are loaded with cheeses, which balances fast carbohydrates and satiates you for a long time.
- When you bake them, you can see the layers …. it makes them sooooooo delicious.
- The recipe is easy to remember 100g cheese, 100g yellow cheese, 100g butter, 300g flour, 150g yogurt, baking soda (100 + 100 + 100 = 300/2 = 150
