Oat and Parmesan Crackers

Lunchbox Oat crackers

Today we’re sharing these delicious crackers which are great for serving with salads, cheese and soups. They are so nice and tasty and addictive.

The crackers are quite good on their own and they’re amazingly healthy as they are made with whole wheat flour, oats, walnuts and sesame seeds and butter.

The ingredient list is much better than most of the crackers you’ll find on grocery store shelves, crackers with ingredients like: hydrogenated cottonseed oil, soy lecithin (emulsifier), sugar, dextrose, caramel color, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, all things added to packaging to preserve freshness.

Except all, you will make these crackers quickly with no efforts at all. And you will enjoy their texture: thin, buttery, crispy and addictingly delightful!

Enjoy them on their own or as a snack, with hummus, cheese spreads or any creamy sliced cheese but with a simple log of goat cheese rolled in fresh herbs, they’re simply sensational! Give them a try, we assure you’ll not regret and they will soon become one of your favorite recipes!

Way too many sesame seeds. Suggest 1/4 cup overall and pump the Parmesan up to 1 cup. Cheese flavour over powered by all the dry ingredients.
Also suggest note to melt butter before blending otherwise it takes way too long.
