Oat crust tarts with yogurt and fruits

If you are bored of the same old breakfasts you may try this one. As the summer is here and it starts getting warmer, yogurt becomes a favorite ingredient for a satisfying breakfast or snack.
This recipe is a refreshing twist after eating overnight oats for months. So here it is – a healthy oat tart for breakfast for your picky eater. I tried it with my children and they liked it a lot.
It is amazingly easy and clean to prepare through mixing the ingredients into a food processor, that we press into a mini tarts tin and bake for 10 min.

Tips:

Grease the tins well and set a baking paper over the bottom. After baking the crust, you will remove it easily once tarts a cooled completely.

You can make the granola crust tarts ahead of time. Keep in an airtight container for 24 hours.
Don’t fill them with the yogurt or any other toppings until you are ready to eat them as they will slowly absorb the liquid.
