We are always trying to come up with a healthy version of delicious cookies as we all know that kids need crab and love sweets. Instead of banning foods we prefer offering healthier and more nutritious treats.

For a vegan version instead of:
- Butter, use non-hydrogenated butter substitute
- Eggs – use 1/2 cup silken tofu
- Skip milk
- Use agave as sweetener for a healthier treat
The filling is light with impressive light persimmon filling.
