Picnic-wheels make ahead appetizer

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in cucumbers, cheese, garlic and onions.
2. Spead a lettuce leaf over a tortilla and 1/2 cup cream mixture
3. Roll up tight and wrap in plastic wrap.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
5. Slice into 2-3 cm wide wheels
