- 8 medium potatos
- 60 g butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 50 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 30 g shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp fresh chives
- 1 tsp fresh savory
- 1 tsp fresh thyme

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220° С. With a sharp knife, cut each potato into 0.3 cm. slices, leaving slices attached at the bottom. Fan potatoes slightly and place in a greased 30x20 cm baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix butter, salt and pepper. Drizzle over potatoes.
- Bake, uncovered, 50-55 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- In a small bowl, toss cheeses with herbs, sprinkle over potatoes.
- Bake about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
