Quick strawberry tart with a crumbly crust

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 190 C. Grease a 20 x 30 cm. tray with butter.
2. In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the kneading tool, mix sugar, baking powder, salt and flour. Add the butter. Turn on the unit. Add the yogurt and egg. Work until you get a crumby dough.
3. Put half of the dough on the bottom of the tray. Shape with your hands. Arrange strawberries, sprinkle them with sugar and corn flour.
4. Crumble the remaining dough evenly over the strawberry layer.
5. Bake 45 min or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
6. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios. (Optional)
