Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar to a creamy mixture. Add the egg white, vanilla extract and mix. Add the flour and mix just enough to form a ball of dough. Take a fluted piping bag and put the dough in it.
2. Shape 7 cm long biscuits on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool on a rack.
3. Melt the chocolate ingredients in a oven-proof bowl over a boiling water. Heat the caramel ingredients in a casserole over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes until the sugar is dissolved.
4. Put half a teaspoon over one biscuit and arrange a second one over. Dip the cookie half in the chocolate and then roll in the coconut flakes. Place them on a baking sheet and then arrange in a plate.
