Steam-oven chocolate brown pudding

Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate in the steam oven.
2. Separate the eggs. Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla until pale and creamy and then stir in the egg yolks.
3. Fold in the walnuts and flour together with cooled chocolate into the butter and egg mixture.
4. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into the mixture.
5. Butter 8 ramekins and sprinkle with icing sugar.
6. Distribute the chocolate mixture between the ramekins, cover with heat-resistant foil and place on the rack to cook for 30 minutes, 90 C in the steam-oven.
7. Take out of the oven, remove plastic cover, let cool for 10 minutes and transfer up-side down on a wire rack to cool. Serve over melted white chocolate.
