A quick and easy Crème anglaise which you will mix for 1 minute and let the steam oven do the job for 1 hour. It is a great dessert when you add marmalade, fruit compote or jam to the bottle of jars for flavored variations.
We always jump on this recipe when we want to add new life to left over cakes or brioches. Just cut the leftovers and layer into a cup with the hot creme and enjoy hot or cold.
