Ingredients
- 750 g chicken fillets, cut in pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 200 ml cream for cooking
- Parsley to garnish
- 3 carrots
- 1 tbsp cream cheese with herbs

Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillets into strips, season with salt, pepper and a curry powder. Place in a solid container with the cream. Cook in the steam oven for 20 minutes, 100 C.
- Whilst it is cooking clean and trim the carrots. Cut into 4 cm long strips. Place the vegetables in the sauce and cook. for 5 minutes, 100 C.
- At the end of cooking, stir in the cream cheese to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot or cold.
