This tart is as fresh as the spring. The ideal dessert for a Sunday Lunch. To ensure fruit juiciness assemble the strawberries just before serving. You can make the pastry case early in the day or even the previous day, fill with the cream and keep in the fridge, covered with foil. Only a few minutes needed to spread on the top the red goodness.

In this way you will enjoy the real food and there is no need to glaze the fruits with whatever bakeries are using. You will have the natural home-made real food. No preservatives, no added sugar.
The base for the tart is a biscuit dough. Once baked it is stable enough to hold the cream and keep the form of the tart.
Idea: You can spread over whatever berry fruits you have in the fridge or just grate some chocolate.
Note: With the recipe ingredients we have made one tart with size (10x35x2 cm) and 2 tartletes with 12 cm diameter and 2 cm board height.
