Children love the sandwiches!!! They are convenient dish for Lunchbox. When we prepare at home, we can easily cut the bread amount, increase the vegetables and add a portion of salad. So we will offer the favorite sandwiches in a balanced and delicious lunch with quality products.

Depending on how much time you have , we suggest two options.
Option 1: Use ready baguette or if you have a home-made at hand – even better.
In this method, cut the baguette, remove the filling and fill with the prepared mixture of meat. Fast and practical if you have no time.

Option 2: Do your kneading dough for a truly different and far more delicious experience.
In this case , you must make the dough for rolls. The crust is thin and crispy and really tastes great.
If you eat at home for a quick dinner, then just shape dough into size 20 x 40 cm squares, put the 4 breads on a tray and bake.

Option 3: For Lunchbox
Make smaller rolls for convenience – eat on the go.
Try and stuffed with eggs , cheese, onions and spinach.
Time saving tips:
- The amounts mentioned in the recipe for the dough are 8 rolls, each with 80 grams . You can freeze half the dough and use it in really busy situations. Remove the dough from the freezer in the morning when you leave for work. When you get back home will be ready for use.
- Freeze part of the filling with minced meat.
