Summer Lemony Berry Trat – It’s that time of the year when berries are sweet, delicious, and tempting. We now enjoy the fresh berries and give the necessary attention in the middle of the summer.

Thanks to its tangy notes, berries pair amazingly with the buckwheat tart base with a rich nutty taste. We have turned it into a flaky, buttery tart crust, which is filled with a moist and amazing frangipane flavored with maple syrup and a combination of buckwheat and almond flour.

Then a layer of lemony Panna cotta filling for a fresh touch. The tart is decorated with fresh berries. Add as much berries as you like.
