Italian Herb Bread Rolls

Instructions

1. Put the yeast into 50 ml warm water and add the sugar. Set aside to rise for 5 minutes.
2. Mix the herbs and salt with four an put in the food processor fitted with the hook for kneading. Start mixing, adding the yeast and little water at a time. Add the oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Put the dough in a slightly oiled bowl, cover with a plastic wrap and place somewhere warm place for 30 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into equal pieces, whatever size you prefer and place the pieces on a baking tray, lined baking paper. Let them rise for 45 minutes and bake into a preheated oven to 200 C for 20 minutes. The baking time will depend on the ball sizes.
