A classic autumn cake, in which carrots are the hero. It’s not a cake with some carrots. It is loaded with carrots and is made with less less sugar. Here the flour is also less, because we used ground pecans in the dough.

The dessert is amazingly delicious, regardless, it is gluten free. It is loaded with fiber and you can safely afford to treat.
White glaze is optional. If you want to reduce calories – skip it, but it makes the dessert more beautiful and tastier.

The rule: “If it is a treat, let it be the treat!”
For the Lunchbox, it is more practical to have a cake without frosting. The solution:
- Make half cake with glaze – for your special moments
- And the remaining half-without glaze-for the Lunchbox and for the thin waist😊
