Ingredients
- Lasanya - 6-8 sheets
- 200 g frozen spinach or 500 g . fresh
- 200 gr tomato paste
- 3 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 200 gr blue cheese
- 100 g cream cheese (optional)
- Pepper
- Salt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1/2 tsp curry
- 1 tsp savory
- 400 g . Broccoli (frozen)
- 1 onion finely chopped

Instructions
- In boiling salted water, put the broccoli for 3 minutes . Remove them , drain the water and set aside.
- In a skillet saute the onion, garlic , along with the spices. Add spinach directly from the freezer, pour 100 ml . water and leave to cook . Add the tomato sauce. Leave on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Cut cheese into cubes of 1 cm.
- Mix in a bowl the milk and eggs.
- In a tray at the bottom put 2 tablespoons of spinach mixture and 1 tablespoon oil. Arrange lasagna sheets. Put over them 1/3 of spinach mixture, aiming to cover them . Place half the cheese.
- Again arrange lasagna sheets and repeat with the spinach mixture and arrange half of the broccoli.
- Set the last row of lasagna, cover with remaining spinach mixture and broccoli. Between each broccoli florets , place a slice of cheese.
- Over the well arranged lasagna pour the milk mixture. The liquid should cover the lasagna sheets. If you do not cover the last sheet, simply add milk directly in the tray.
- In a preheated oven at 180 degrees on first level from the bottom, place the lasagna covered with lid. If you do not have, use aluminum foil.
- Bake 45 minutes.
- Remove the lid or foil and bake another 10 minutes.
