Crispy Zucchini Bread with walnuts and parmesan

Crispy Zucchini Bread with walnuts and parmesan

When we want to limit carbohydrates and white flour, we frantically look for recipes to replace the slice of bread.

The good news is that this can be done easily, because there are alternatives that you can use to make delicious and low-carb “baked” foods and achieve your goals for good health.

Make them on Sundays and store in the fridge. Ready and at hand: use for multi-layered sandwiches, with many different fillings where only the imagination is your limit.

Astonishingly delicious, both warm and cold, these practical and comfortable zucchini bread slices  are the favorite Lunchbox finger food this fall as they are made with body-friendly products –   fine ground wholegrain oatmeal for slow carbohydrates    and fiber; finely crushed walnuts instead off flour for good fats, eggs and curd for protein. And parmesan for unique crunchy taste.

How to make the recipe? Easy – just mix all the products and bake in the oven.

Whatever left mixture – freeze in the freezer and bake (after thawing) when you need. You can also bake them in the waffle to make more appealing for kids. Make from the “tasteless” for most children zucchini a delicious dish, which they will  like😊 in their Lunchboxes. The picky eaters will be surprised. Enjoy these delicious slices of bread with us this week in your Lunchbox.

If you are expecting guests: make the slices in advance and serve with smoked salmon or goat cheese.

From the proposed quantities you will get about 30 slices.

Enjoy, have fun and share with us your creatures.
