The ingredients:
There is nothing fancy here. All you need are several simple products: 4 courgettes, olive oil, Halloumi cheese, light cream cheese, dried sage leave, sundried tomatoes and some salt and pepper.

How to:
Start by softening the courgettes for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain off the excess moisture. The key step here: dry well the courgettes. If necessary, press gently with a spoon to speed the process.
Then combine all the ingredients and transfer into a gratin dish. Spread over the sundried tomatoes and bake for 30-40 minutes.
