Savory mosaic cheese balls

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 230 C.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
3. In a bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper and parsley.
4. Mix the yogurt, water and melted butter together, you'll notice the butter will form small clumps.
5. Add the yogurt mixture to the flour mixture and mix gently with a spatula. Add cheese and mix until the cheese is well incorporated.
6. Drop heaping spoonfuls to scoop out dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave at least 2 cm in between balls
7. Brush with egg yolk, beaten in 1 tsp water then sprinkle with savory.
8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
