This recipe for Pork leg roasting is a slow cooking until tender, with lemon garlic thyme broth that reduces down to a sauce. The sauce is not thickened with flour. It is with lemon, herbs and garlic and it cuts through the richness of the meat.

Note: Cooking time varies according to meat weight. Decrease baking time when meat is covered with a half an hour for each 0.500 kg of meat (including bone). For
1 kg meat, bake when covered for 3 hours
2 kg meat, bake for 4 hours
3 kg meat, bake for 5 hours
3,5 kg meat, bake for 6 hours
